Transferring More Than 2.4 Million Nowruz Passengers until April 1st

The spokesperson of the National Aviation Organization announced the transfer of more than 2.4 million Nowruz passengers until April 1st.

Jafar Yazerlo stated, “From March 15th, 2023, to April 1st, 2023, 19855 flight permits for domestic and international routes were issued by the Civil Aviation Organization, of which 20103 flights (landing and take-off) have been operated.”

He clarified: “Out of the total number of licenses issued, the share of domestic routes is 13983 licenses, and international routes are 5872 licenses.”

The spokesperson of the Civil Aviation Organization noted: “From March 15th to April 1st, 2 million 485 thousand 184 passengers (departure and reception) were transferred by 20103 flights (boarding and taking off).”

Yazerlo added: “From the total number of passengers transferred between March 15th, 2023, and April 1st, 1 million 976 thousand 129 domestic passengers were transferred with 16504 domestic flights and 509 thousand 55 international passengers were transferred with 3599 foreign flights.”
