Violation of Some Airlines in Selling Plane Tickets with Packages to Passengers

Zibakhsh explained: “Unfortunately, in this area, some companies misuse the ticket due to the end of the holiday and because travelers have to prepare a return ticket, and sell the ticket to passengers in the form of packages such as a round trip or hotel accommodation. any violation will be dealt with in this regard. ”

A spokesman for the aviation organization stated: “A number of airlines, including Kish Air, have been warned in this regard, but if they see any violations again, they will be dealt with. ”

Zibakhsh emphasized: ” At the beginning of the holidays, we saw that the return routes to Tehran were offered at very low prices and the routes were sold to passengers within the maximum approved rate limit, but now we see it in some routes, including Kish, Qeshm and Mashhad, tickets are sold to passengers in the form of a package, while some travelers require only a return ticket and do not need a turnaround ticket or hotel accommodation. ”

He emphasized: “Passengers are asked not to postpone their return to the last day of the holiday, which in addition to congestion at airports especially with the escalation of the corona epidemic, will allow some profiteers to abuse.”

Zibakhsh stated: ” Citizens are also asked to be vigilant when preparing a ticket and pay only the full cost of the ticket and if they see any violations, report it to the Civil Aviation Organization through the site “www.cao.ir”. All airlines and ticket offices have been notified. ”

He reminded: “Due to the fact that none of the airlines has been given permission to fly extra due to the Cov-19 conditions of the country and avoiding unnecessary trips, so some airlines are abusing in this area.”
